At Mizuba Tea Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your matcha experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea and non-perishable accessories within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened tea products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team at support@mizubatea.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
